Adhoc luggage charges

On 23rd March we took an AC taxi of company Call a taxi from CST to Khar Subway. We had six bags for which the driver asked for Rs 100. We tried calling the company of the driver but no response. The number of the company was 42 111 111 and the driver name was Bhushan.

The driver on the other hand started quarelling for the money and eventually we had to pay it.

Request your action against the private taxi operators as the drivers are making money by charging adhoc luggage rates and the company people are not responding.
