Non-delivery of the product

My order no.is 3735334. The product is a 41 piece toolkit and screwdriver set with clip-on bits. As directed, an amount of Rs.226/- vide Chq. no.144513 dtd.20/03/07 drawn on State Bank of India, Shastrinagar Branch, Chandrapur, was sent mentioning the order details. The said amount is withdrawn from my account on 21/07/07. Since then, neither i have heard anything nor i have received my parcel. Kindly look into the matter and inform as early as possible.
