I was returning from Delhi to Kolkata with my Family on 22.02.10 by SG 607 (Dept time- 8.05 PM). I had four luggage, two of them are locked & two of them are unlocked which i supposed to be locked at the Xray machine by the Airport authority. I had put my Digital Cannon camera on one of the unlocked baggage.

After returning home i found may camera not in the baggage & the two unlocked bagge are not locked. The camera has memories of all the travelleing in the recent past few months.

When we are travelling from Kolkata to Delhi Airport all the unlocked baggage are locked in front of us at the xray machine, but the same is not happened at the delhi Airport. The Spice Jet Authority at the Delhi Airport told us that baggage will Automatically Xray while put on the belt.

Whom to complain, Delhi Airport, Kolkata Airport or Spice Jet?
