Not giving the new gas connection

My name is Pradeep Kumar Singh and My address is F-267, Sec-9, New Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad (UP). I have registered for the new gas connection at Captain Gas Service, Pratap Vihar, Gzb. At the tme of registeration it was told that a letter will reach with in a week and you have to bring that letter to the gas station then the new gas connection will be issued to you. I have register for the new connection on 12-5 and the registration no. is 111544050002620. but that letter has not received till date i.e. 24-5. please see the matter on top priority. I am very needy for the gas connection.so please take the proper action for the same.thank you.
