Car Battery
Defect in the battery during warranty period still not getting any benefit

Dear Sir,

I had bought my car battery number 54434, batch number E17AF, dated 08.07.2010 from M/s Hira Battery House, Shop no. 5, Temple Road, Bhogal, New Delhi, 110014 by there bill number - 6836, dated 08.07. for my vehicle number - MP43CO443, battery name Vlota.

since its warranty period is 12 months, but the battery had to go for repair twice within 9 months, my mechanic has now found its defect which conveyed to the owner and he doesn't agree to change the battery. Please do the needfull by helping me.
