False commitment

At the time of booking my car with them their sales manager Ms. Nidhi gave me false commitment regarding delivery of the car. They hurried on my loan disbursal and asked all the balance payment saying the car is ready and you will get it in 7 working days. But now it more than 2 week since I have made all the payment and they are not giving me any fixed delivery date. The worst part is that they are not even answering my calls or sms. Usually if you book a car through an authorized dealer then the loan is disbursed 3-4 days before delivery and the balance down payment is done on the car delivery day. Since the time I have booked my car they have even changed the quotation 3 times and every time they a new excuses for the change and delay in delivery.
