RC NOT TRANSFFERING

I wish to submit a complaint that i have purchased a True Value Maruti 800 from TRUE VALUE DEALER Mr. RAJKUMAR in Sultanpur M.G ROAD NEW DELHI dated 12/05 .They have been making a fool of me and not transfferring the RC of my CAR on my name. I am doubtful if the Car Sold to me is not illegal since it has been Five Long months since i have purchased the Car. It generally take 3 months to get RC Transffered on Buyers name.

I feel cheated the way these people are treating me.
