Non-availability of Breeze kit and money paid in advance

I purchased volkswagen vento from lally motors ludhiana on 5 December and they promised at the time of delivery that a breeze kit will be fit just after 2days of delivery which is till date not fitted. This kit costs around Rs 40, 000 and the whole amount is paid as the car is financed. They also treated us very well before the car was purchased but just after the purchase all their promises regarding best after sales service are felt to be dissolving. Every time when i contact their Asst. Sales Manager who was actually the contact person for this sale, she just answers that we will make it available in 1 or 2 days. Am I fool to wait for them and that too for an undefined period. I need compensation regarding Rs 40, 000 which I had paid for this kit in cash in advance. Why should I block my money instead I must have got this whole system from outside accessory dealer and it must have been much economical too.
