Delivery of new car in bad condition

We have purchased New Chevrolet Beat Diesel on the 10th of January from ashtavinayak Motors at Goregaon West.

The Car was delivered to us in a very Bad Condition. It was too Dirty inside the car. The Car RPM meter was not running at all when i received the car. the Leg Room Space and the upper portion of the Mud Flap was all Muddy. The car just didnt Look like a new car.

We have not yet Driven the Car and it has covered 120 Km just by taking the car to-and-Forth from Home to Showroom for some or the other thing.

Its a Loss for a customer Like me.

Kindly Take some action and Help Us on this.
