Abnormal Noise Coming From Engine

Myself Rajiv Saharan resident of Distt. Nawanshahr. I'm owner of two Activa's but my complaint with Activa bearing Engine No. # JC44E0807592, Frame No.# ME4JC446GA8363614 & Registration No. # PB32K1824.I've sent my activa for service in your authorised dealership M/s Cargo Honda for service with abnormal noise coming from engine on just 4500 km of mileage. Without my consent they have dismantle my scooter engine. Secondly they have charged me for that as my scooter is in warranty period. Thirdly they've not returned me the parts replaced. Fourthly problem still persist rather intensity of problem increased. Fifthly Branch Manager Mr Deepak Kapoor used rough language rather say abusive language he has no sense how to behave with the customer.
