I got membership of RACE Car helpline during JUly and had not availed of its services. Surprising, we are given to understand that they are closed. Well, I feel they have cheated public. They are not available on telephone also. If they are existing in any part of the world, they must make it a point to refund the amount and stop cheating public.

What is the use of taking membership, if the serve organisation does not wish to provide service, inspite of receiving yearly premium in advance. Courtesy demands that they should have informed registered members.
