URVASHI GAS SERVICE
MISBEHAVING

Dear sir,

I am having a Consumer No. 13492 with the URVASHI Indane Gas Agency, Sushant shopping arcade sushant Lok-I Gurgaon-122001. I booked for Gas cylinder on 27.11.2007 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively.

Also the guy (SOMPAL) who supplies the Gas door to door behaves very badly. And misbehaving on phone.

He also started personnel calls on my mobile from his mobile number which is 9910682695.

Ha made a call in the night after 8pm or till 11 or 12pm when we object and told him for a complaint than he

said another day that he will not take any booking from our side now they are not delivered gas cylinder at our home I have request you to tell us the procedure for changing ageny
