Not giving the claim

my car number DL3C BB 1142. i have a given a latter from oriental that i will b getting the claim back for 50% as i hold an insurence from icici lombard at the same time .which is not true and verified with lombard head office new delhi. its been 3months i m struglling to get the claim back . its a kind of mental pressure i have got from oriental . orienatal is asking me to get a proof that i dont have insurence with lombard which does not exist at all . please help me...
