CAR LOAN
Not returned excess money

I took loan for car purchase, the loan account no is 1068479. i complete my loan in the month of jan-11. i got noc for the same but the excess amount of Rs.2700/- is not returned by you so far. your local office is closed down and Barclays bank is communicating from your side. i do follow up regularly but no reply so far.

when can i get the excess payment back. my experience with you is very painful till date. my complain is customer care is very poor. i will not recommend for you anybody now.
