CAR LOAN
Not able to close my loan

Hi

I am trying to make full payment of my car loan no . (AU0040100162605) from last two weeks. BUt no one from the axis bank is intersted in helping me out. I have even tried to reach the auto loan department on 022-66110101/171/170 but no one is picking up the phone. Even the axis bank customer care is helpless and said that they cannot help in case of auto loan. I have know ide what to do now. i even visited axis bank RAC at goregaon to close my laon but the said they cannot do so. Please let me know how can i do it cause i want to make the payment and close it as soon as possible.
