Non-Receipt of Car Vaccuum Cleane

Sir/ Madam,

I have booked a Car Multimedia Player through phone in the Naaptol.com. My order number is 865073. As per the advertisement published in Andhra Jyothi, telugu daily news paper it is mentioned that by booking multimedia player, customer will get a car vacuum cleaner (Combo Offer) and a Pendrive (2GB- Free Gift). But on 25-10 we have received Car multimedia player and pendrive only. A Slip kept in the parcel mentioning that the car vacuum cleaner will be delivered with in a week of receipt of this parcel. But we have not yet received the Car Vacuum cleaner. Kindly do the needful.
