Complaint against Servicing of my Ford Ikon No. UP 16 Q 7231

Dear Mr. Khattar

With reference to the above subject, please note that I had given my car at your Sector - 63 Noida service centre on dated 22/09 for the following job.

1) Complete servicing of the vehicle.

2) Centre locking (Actuator) problem.

3) Changes of Lock Set of the doors & Dash box.

This is to bring into your consideration they had called me today for the delivery of the same, after going for the same I observed that all the parts which where replaced are duplicate/old. Also the service advisor called me 2days back and told that Ignition coil also needs to replaced which I conveyed him to do so with original one and when I went today the old Ignition Coil showed to me was not of my car and the replaced was again duplicate.

Moreover the Centre Locking which was earlier working up to some extent but now completely out of order.

Since I belong to same industry I never expected a same industry person to launch a company where everything is fake and no working system. I have seen for the first time a company to get there profits cheating there customer and making fool of them. If I would have not been from the same industry I would never come to know whether the parts are genuine or duplicate which means you are making all your customers fool & cheating them.

Your customer service people are pathetic after seeing all this I tried to call your unit head Ajay Sharma along with your employees also he never bothered to pick his call or respond back, Is this the kind of services you want to give to your customers if it so kindly close your company and stop cheating the people to make money in illegal way.

I was standing there for 5hrs but didn't got the proper response after which one of your employee Nishant (Manager- Body Shop) has given me in written that company will deliver my car with every original fitting from Ford & working condition by tomorrow evening failing to do so I will launch a F.I.R against your company and go to consumer court.
