No response to complaint

I am a member of the carnation auto helpline and have paid them for the same. My car broke down (it was missing and stopping again and again) and i called these people up, only to be told that they cannot send anybody for check up, and the car will be towed (distance is hardly 10 km) for Rs. 1200/-. without giving any reasons they refused service flatly.

I called up my neighbourhood mechanic and he told me to check the spark plugs. One of them was faulty, and on adjustment and slight cleaning the car is now running fine. It did not cost me anything and took hardly 10 minutes.

These people are cheats who take these memberships only to fleece the customers when in dire need of help. I know they deliberately asked me to get the car towed so that if i was in trouble on the road, i will pay anything to get my kids back home safely. They refuse the service and call themselves "Jagdish Khattar" company. Beware of them.
