Not getting the R.C of the Vehicle

Hi All,

This is the worst experience i have ever had from ca nation gurgaon, i purchased a hyundai accent of Faridabad registration from their used cars wing and got the C.N.G fittment from their premises on 1st August on cash.

At the time of delivery i was promised to get the R.C with C.N, G Endorsment by 15-20 days for which they have charged me Rs 5000 extra as a part of doccumentation fees.

I am a resident of new delhi and at the time of booking of the vehichle that the car cannot be transferred to my Delhi's address and after when i got the delivery I was told that it is not possible to get it done hence i have to produce a address proof of Faridabad, this total exercise took almost 30days, anyhow i managed to give them faridabad's adress proff.

These people get the things piling on i have communicated to the higher authorities and even mailed to the company CEO Mr. Jagdish Khatter, but i am still waiting for any reply from these people.

Even till today i am waiting my vehicle's RC with C.N.G Endorsement.

The total higher authorities of Car Nation are of no use and even they are not professional, it is my suggestion cum advice all those friends who are planning to buy any vehicle from Car nation pleas relook into your though as i do not have a grea experience with them and even after paying then 6 months back i am waiting for my vehiche's doccumentation.
