Payments Stopped & Offices Closed

The company M/s Shree Om Sai Nath Car on rent ltd having head office in Mumbai. It is also having its regional office in Delhi at Naurang house, 5th floor, K.G. Marg, Connaught place.

The company has stopped the Chequs of its investors and closed it Delhi office on 10/11/09.All its staff has either switched off their mobiles or are not picking up the phones.

Lots of investors are daily going to their office but there is no one in the office.

We have talked to the director of company Mr. Rupesh Verma who is in Mumbai about the same matter. He is claiming that Axis bank has done fraud with their company.

Investors are unable to understand this and are daily going to their office and coming back empty handed.

Mr. Rupesh Verma (MD of company) is assuring that by wednesday or Thursday the payments will be credited into customers a/c through ECS.

We request to look into the matter seriously as lots of hard earned money is invested in this by the people.
