Hyundai, i-20 magna
Car suspected to be defective and not giving evev half the mileage promised

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I have been watching your show and i know that you are the only one who can help me now. We purchased an i-20 magna in feb and since then we have been suffering to the core. The mileage of the car is terrible. The company promises a mileage of 16 kmph on the highway, so it should give around 12-14 in the city, but my car is giving an average of 6-8 kmph persistently in thew city. I have complained about it a number of times and even at the time of first service, spent as lot of money testing the mileage but nothing really happened. I am fed up now and want the company to do something about it! please help me..
