Worst service cente

I have worst experience with Castrol Bike Zone, Pune, Pradhikarn, I have given service and when i got my bike back i saw the chain noise. When i asked the concern person he told me that the chain is tightened and hence this is the noise and it will work fine after running for some time. Next day the noise got increased and went to this service center, they done something and said it will work now but after that while driving to my home the chain cover opened and hit to wheel and chain covered briken, chain broken and I manage to open up everything and called up the service center and now they are charging again to add new chain cover and new chain system, overall for their mistake and i am forced to pay the amount to this service center. Its pathetic service center i ever seen it.
