We gave our Maruti 800 for servicing in Castrol Pitstop X Press wheels in Sarjapur Road.
When he saw the car he told the charges as Rs. 2500 and so we left the car on one Saturday afternoon and came back. The servicing person told us to take the car in the evening.
In the evening when we went, he told -- oh today we were about to close and now take your car fast and was trying to hurry us purposely. We saw the car, and now is told that wheel alignment was done and now the charges are Rs. 3700 instead of Rs. 2500. For this wheel alignment, he never called us and told - that this is the problem and we would need to align the wheels. We already had told him that if something extra comes, pls call and inform us.
We took the car home and now on Monday, it started getting suddenly stopped while driving. Obviously I wen to him, as the car had never given this problem and now it started giving this problem.
I was totally clueless and told the owner the same. I told it never happened, pls chk the battery. To my surprize - he told why would we change the battery and bla... bla... bla. In fact I had never told him that he stole the battery or changed it. He didi not listen to me and for no reason just started shouting like a mad.
I came home and checked the battery number with the warranty card I had and guess what... he had changed the battery. The battery was totally dead on 4th day.
I had not taken doubt on battery till he himself told me abt the battery.
Apart from the battery he stole, which he was knowing and so was shouting at me without any reason, he
showed to me that I am doing something wrong.
By such stealing... I pray god save him.
