Food quality and overcharging

On 31st Oct, I have boarded (PNR-640 2028203, S9/05) the train Bhagalpur-Surat Exp (19048). The Pantry has supplied the low quality food in the name of special Veg Meal and they were also selling all the packaged food at higher price than mentioned. They were selling the packaged water at 15 when the mentioned rate is only 12 Rs/- per bottle of Bibo company. They have given a bill without any stamp.
