Cheating by modifying the amount on my credit card swipe

I had filled petrol at Cauvery Auto Sevice station on the 31st of January for Rupees 689.32 using my Axis bank debit card.

Today on the 7th of February while glancing the statement, I noticed that the employee at the outlet had cheated me by adding rupees 17.23 as tips which was deducted from my axis bank account on the 2nd of February.

This a big fraud that had to be brought to the notice of the authorities as many people would have been cheated with the amount which goes unnoticed.

I would like the gas station to compensate my losses and also pay for cheating the public.

I have the bill for filling the petrol at the station if proof is required.
