This is to inform you that, I brought a new CBZ Xtreme on 23rd Mar’ 2010 bearing the registration no. MH. 04 EM 1630, however met an accident on 11th Apr’ 2010 and very next day the bike was handover to your authorized dealer @ Boisar.- STS Automobiles.

Next day of it i.e 12th Apr’ 2010 the insurance inspector Mr. Prashant Patil from IFFCO TOKIO did the survey and OKed the damaged part of the bike for claim process. The very next moment as said by the STS people I made the cash payment of 15, 000/- as a security deposit, however am not getting proper response from the STS executives.

When visited to the service centre last Monday (19th Apr’ 2010), was told that the new spare parts has been dispatched from the godown and I can check the parts next day (Tuesday). But still I visited to the service centre on Friday (as assuming grace period) for just confirming the same, on which I was told, that spare part are already on its way and might reach within day or two, as comes from some very far place, hence I visited again on Monday (26th Apr’ 2010) just to make sure if the new parts are delivered. Now, here again they changed their statement stating we are not sure by when the bike will be ready as due to unavailability of the spare parts, denied the above statement stating that we never said the above lines.
