Engine problem for five yrs

Nizamuddin ali S/o Mr. Khalil Ahmed, I have purchased new cbz xtreme 2011 model, I bought it from AVNI MOTORS, NEW ROSHANPURA, MAIN GURGAON ROAD, NAJAFGARH, NEW DELHI 110043, Dealer code: 11105, bike no. (DL9S AH 2363) which is not working properly, engine top 5 gear missing while riding.engine is making noise. I have complaint many times but no one is resolving my problem even I also complaint to manager about all this problem, please take an action against my complaint.
