CC Avenue
Fund debited from account not received by merchant

An amount of Rs 49, 371 was debited from my SBI account to Air Asia through CC Avenue payment gateway with SBI Ref No. IG 62072979. The Airlines did not confirm the booking as it did not receive payment within the required time. Kindly help with refunding the payment or getting the airlines to confirm the booking.
