CD Player fitted in INDIGO CS eGLX
Worst CD System given by TATA

Hi,

I had just taken delivery of new Tata Indigo CS eGLX from M/S.Tafe Reach, Anna Salai, Chennai. The vehicle is pre-loaded with Clarion CD music system. After taking delivery of the vehicle from showroom, I just had load the CD system with a branded audio CD. But the CD got stuck into the system and never came out. I asked the dealer about the problem and I was instructed to take the car to service station the next day.

As instructed I took in the vehicle and the technician inspected it. What I was told that the CD system was dead and needs to be repaired. I took this with TATA Motors lodged a complaint but it is of no use and total waste. No one is responsible and doesn't seem to take action. I only call everyone but none calls me. I was getting full of calls before taking delivery of the vehicle but now when it has come to a complaint no one takes responsibility. This is such a minor problem for which TATA doesn't care. Have started losing trust on TATA. Am going on asking for a replacement of a new CD system but TATA Motors keeps a deaf reaction.

If this continues and TATA doesn't provide Justice then I feel terribly sorry for choosing TATA.
