I had purchased tyre for my motorcycle of 2.75 x 18 ceat sport make from M/s Usma Tyres, Belgaum on 12/12 after giving my old Ceat tyre as a claim vide complaint docket serial no 850 dated 14/12, but till date ther is no feed back from the owner. Every time i call him or visit his premises says still not happened over the claim. If this is the policy of Ceat for troubling the costomers then you have no right to give the warranty for the product manufactured by you.3
