Ad staff, poor service

Dear Sir,

I have maruti Zen car. I given my car in body shop at Vipul motor Unit-2 faridabad on date 13.07.2011. and they return my car on date-29.08.2011. after that I given my car for service in service department. Nobody want to attend my car for service. I had wait 1.30 hrs. but nobody received my car. after that I leave my car there. now I have no any Job sheet of my car and no phone call after three days. there is no hearing of customer. and they change the parts of one car to another car.
