Not honoring booking

Cel Cabs which is a leading call taxi operator in bangalore does not have honor its commitment towards its pre bookings. When someone calls from city outskirts calls and books the cab and cell cabs have some booking in the evening within the city limits itself they cancel the booking in city outskirts by saying that they are caught in traffic jam and it may take 1 hour to reach the place. They then ask the customer Is it ok to reach after 1 hour. The customer will invariably say not okay and cancel the cab. The Cel cab will happy accomodate the new booking within the city. This is done to save on Petrol cost for onward journey to pick up the customer. Request everybody to boycott Cel cab and teach them a lesson.
