Bad experience with CCPM

I shifted by house from Bangalore to Pune and gave the contract to Central Cargo Movers & Packers (www.centralcargopackers.net). The office at Bangalore forced me to pay Rs. 3000.00 more for insurance and threatened me that goods will not be sent to destination if not insured (Mr. Sunil). I completed the insurance formalities and the goods were delivered on 3rd day (I came to know unofficially that the vehicles were changed multiple times on the way). Due to this, there were huge damages and my Sofa and Wardrobes were damaged completely. Now when I am following-up with them for insurance claim, the Pune office is not even bothered to respond properly. There is no response even from the Head Office (Ms. Heena) when the complaint was done by email and subsequent multiple reminders were sent.

I request all of you not to use CCPM for any services. This is the only option I have after the losses that I have made.
