A Company Name CENTURY CABS, that claims to me a Govt of India approved, had made a court aggrement with me for a car rental plan. The said party is now missing and the advance cheques provided to me are returned back by the clearing house marking 'ACCOUNT BLOCKED' status. The said account is maintained by PNB SHASTRI NAGER SECTOR-2, signed by KAPIL TYAGI. I am in a loss of 3.25 lac, looking towards you for a help.
