Chaitnya Gas Agency -Dombivli
Poor Service and stupid and uneducated cheap staff

Staff available at Chaitnya gas services, 5-Shiv Shakti Apts, GM Road, Near Nehru Maidan, Dombivli 421201 is pathetic. The numbers given on the gas book 025122472618, 2474110 and 2452091 are never ever available or always busy. The staff is so arrogant and stupid, they shudnt be providing customer service when they are not equipped to talk to customers, absolutely poor and pathetic services are provided by Chaitanya Gas Agency. Somebody please make a note of it and take some strict action against the staff who is so inefficient and rude. I have booked the gas since friday Dec 31st, till date I have not recieved the gas and my both the cylinders are empty. Who is responsible for this??? This is not the first instance, me and my family always face this irritating situation because of them.

I need a strict action against them and need improvisation in their services with immediate effect or else please provide he procedure to change the gas agency. And if Consumer forum also cannot do anything and will jut sit on my complaint and do nothing about it, pls let me know the process or heirarchy to escalate this matter further.
