Complaint against for the delayed delivery of the cylinder refilling more than 8 days
With due respect I want to say that I am a consumer of your gas agency Chaitanya gas agency in dombivali east. My consumer number is 40351 by the name of Shree. Sambhaji V Bhadarge. I have booked a delivery for the delivery on dated 20/12. But they neither send me any delivery at time nor give me satisfactory answer about that. I have tried many time on phone for delivery but they answer that today your delivery will be send to you but they didn’t sent. I am in very much trouble. Tell me is this type of attitude is appropriate with the customer?
