Sir

I have brought this complaint to you a week ago and as per your instruction and also as per calling from M/s Chakradhar Honda Surat. I went to the dealer with my honda Activa GJ 5AQ 9735.They did not attend the work and they insulted me saying that after 5 hours no work will be attended by them. I returned without the work attended.

1.My two wheeler was met with an accident and chakradhar honda, repaired it on 14.12.2011. They asked me whether the service was done properly on 15.12.2011. I informed them there is a small patch on the left front side of the body which was said to have been repaired and painted by them. I did not hit the vehicle after 14.12.2011 but they are of the view that the scratch was due to my mistake and they would not repair it. I promise you that the vehicle did not hit anywhere and the scratch is very minor one.

2. They collected welding charge from me for fitting side stand and the spring was seen hanging from the stand on the very next day. Had they welded it properly the spring would not have fallen.

3. They collect charges more than the other people do and do not attend properly. There behavior is very poor. The entire unit behave as an uneducated unit. They told me to bring my vehicle for repairing as per your instruction but when I went there, they straightway denied what they said.

You are requested to intervene in this matter immediately. They are telling white lie and the entire unit is very poor in service and behavior. They must be advised to behave properly with the customers.
