MISROUTING AND DELAYED DELIVERY

First of all I would like to know how you are going to compensate the loss that I suffered due to your deficiancy in service,

I had booked one Envelope to be posted in HYDERPORA BYEPASS SRINAGAR KASHMIR from blazeflash couriers at Fardabad Haryana on 21/04 at

10:30am and i was told that envelope will be delivered on 23/04.but till now the envelope is not delivered.today i, approached to the

place from where i had booked my Envelope, the Concerned person told me that my envelope was miss routed to HYDERABAD instead of SRINAGAR

Kashmir and i was surprised and shocked. The Envelope contains some legal documents of my property, and the date given by the court for

submitting was on 23/04.because of this poor service i have lost my property and i want you to compensate.i want this Envelope to be

delivered Today at any cost.
