Left the company in nov clearance of pf not done inspite of filling the form

This is to inform you that I was working with chefair flight catering sahar mumbai since 4 years I left (resigned) on 16 november but inspite of filling the form my papers are not gone to provident fund office also thr money cut shown on salary slip has not been given on time to provident fund office this is a problem with other employee to who have retired or resigned.
