No Forward travel for Cancelled Flight

Sir,

I am one of the unfortunate passengers of Spicejet Fiasco which took place for Hyd-Mum Flight recently on 10/01/10.

The flight to Mum from Hyd SG 402 was cancelled for unknown reasons. Though they

were promised and transfered to another Air India flight, that flight did not board all of us in the middle of the night at 03.00 hrs. Spicejet managemt lured some passengers to cancel their tickets for some addnl discounts and other grumbling passengers got forward tickets thru Bangalaru- Mum route. My ticket was cancelled and I was forced to pay further Rs.9055/- by Spicejet manager Mr. Aihsaan to Air

India to reach Mumbai. All requests were faced by rough language of Mr. Aihsaan.

It is a pity that the passegers who pay in advance for their tickets are left halfway in the middel of the night by such Airlines. Kindly help me to get my money is refunded.
