Missing goods

Hi,

I have shifted my house holds from Chennai to Hyderabad on 26 Dec and they delivered on 3rd Jan there are 11 cartons but they delivered 9 cartons only. When we checked and asked them, they are saying that they are not responsible.

In 2 cartons around 5K RS valuable things are there.

Please advise how can i take the action.
