Not delevering of household goods for past 10 days

I am K.Suresh bro of the consumer, as my brother have transferred to tutucorin he shifted from Chennai to tutucorin and he called up Chennai. Packers and movers to shift the household items which was taken by them on 27.05.2011 with there executive Mr.madu we made the payment by cash of Rs 10000:- recipt no 2589/ dated 27/05 they said by maximum Tuesday the consignment will be delivered but after 100 calls we could not able to trace where is. Our things the consignment no is 1325/ dated 27/05. I hereby request all not to transfer the good.By Chennai Packers & movers and I have issue a police complaint and filed a case for the. metal agonies given by the staffs. My number is 9884070515
