Bad Service & Missing Items

I had booked a Chennai Packers & Movers - Chennai to Bangalore on 30th May [Sunday]. I aksed for a separate Truck. They initialy quoted 13, 000. But I just asked the possibily to make it around 10, 000 but still a separate truck only. They agreed for that 10, 000 and a separate truck and deliver the goods on 31st May [Monday] by 2-3 PM. But they Goods were not delivered on monday and I called so many times. They were not speaking properly. And somehow they came for delivery on tuesday night that is on 1nd June around 10PM with 3 missing items. I am still calling this people for the missing items. Chennai People are telling to contact Bangalore office and Bangalore office people telling contact Chennai office. But still i have not got my 3 missed items.
