Plain Cheating, poor service and broken items

Chennai packers is the most unprofessional packers you can ever find. I shifted my house hold things from Chennai to Bangalore. They gave two quotations - 1) individual - Rs 12000 and goods will be delivered next day or one day later 2) Shared - Rs 9000 and can take upto 3 days. I opted for individual but it took them 5 days for these idiots to get my goods to Bangalore. And they absolutely do not update you about anything. Even if you call them, each person will redirect to another as if they operate independently. If you call chennai office, they will say it has been sent and ask you to call Bangalore office. If you ask Bangalore office, they will say they have not received the goods and give some manager number who will not pickup the phone.

After 5 days, I had to use a relative police's influence to make them deliver my things. And to my horror, I found m washing machine broken, sofa damaged on one side, many of the carton boxes wet.

It seems they use open bullock carts to move goods from city to another. If you wish to transfer your on bullock carts, you should goto these fools.
