Shitty Service. Takes 4 days for goods to come from chennai to bangalore

Have booked a full van of 73 boxes with Chennai Packers and Movers under the booking number of 1720. They had come with all the required items like carton boxes, wrappers etc on Thursday the 23rd of June. They had completed the packing and said that the consignment will be delivered by Next day, worst case. We have been waiting for the consignment till Sunday 26th of June but still there is no delivery which has been done. After escalating for about 8 hours continuously, we came to know that the truck with our luggage, did not start till about 25th of June and it has just left chennai. For chennai to bangalore travel by road in general takes about 6-7 hours but in case of transport we can even expect a 12-14 hrs if its a big vehicle. But this is a DCM type which should not take more than 15hrs. They have charged over the regular price and the behavior was also not polite. Its shocking to learn that there are still people who are behaving in a different way to people who are not from their language. I will definitely make sure that this company gets its reviews properly and request your help to look into this matter. I am ready to provide more details on request.
