Manufacturing defect

I purchased beat LT in the month of october.. From the very next day of delivery I found the window glass of driving seat is not closing properly. I went to the delar/sub delar. They informed me it is a manufacturing defect and it will be rectified very soon.. But till date it is not rectified. I am very muh upset with my new car.
