Delayed delivery/ cheating with customers

I was decived at K.C.Motors Srinager by their booking executive, when she told me that Beat LT will be delivered after 20 days, ibooked on 9th jan with Rs30000 and then iwas asked to deposit the balance pay ment including car insurance, i did so on 27th of jan & deposited more 3.90 lacs, but so for as on 12-02 no car was deliverd to me, nor are, they now properly responding my phone calls too, i had complainted the customer cell of G.M Moters at Haryana too, same is the case with the company as that of their dealers, any how it speaks about the performance of company & its dealers how they manage their business of cheating. it seems, it is totaly a fraud company
