Poor service and harrasment

Recently sent my car for servicing to SC auto, Thane Maharashtra, who are authorized dealer and service centre of GM in India as per their website http://www.chevrolet.co.in/content_data/AP/IN/en/GBPIN/001/dealer-locator.html

They took my car on Monday and promised to deliver next day, They were suppose to call me after "inspecting" the car in their service center, but I did not get their call until next day, now they they informed me they would deliver it after 2 days only. Without giving any genuine reason, I have been calling them in every 15mins, they transfer my call to somewhere and then disconnect the call.

I am now worried about my car, They are not even talking to me, and rudely asking me to "do whatever you wish"

Can someone suggest whom should I contact in this regard?
