Suspension Noise

I have Purchased Chevorlet Spark on 8th Apr-11. From day one i observed problem in Suspension of the car.

It sounds badly when passes through a speed breaker even at a speed of 20 KMPH.

I get it checked 3-4 times from Authorised Service Centre M/s Regent Automobiles in Faridabad but they

said this sound is common in all Spark Cars and suspension is OK.

I have informed this problem in GM Customer care mail ID but till date it is not sorted out.

Another Problem with this car is of Mileage.

I am getting Average of 11 - 12 kmpl only against company's claim of 18 kmpl.

When i requested Regent to buy back this car they said it will depriciate car cost by Rs.60, 000.

Pls help me in sorting both of the problems in this car.
