Egarding my chevrolet beat

I had sent my vehicle Chevrolet beat bearing reg no. ka -05-mh-4556 for service at front line motors (near Mysore road) i had a very drastic time with these people in frontline motors... one of the worst service centre i have ever comes accrossed with. they have damaged my rear bumper and repaired with a screw... there was a wierd noise at the back suspension and as of now the problem is not yet solved even inspite of taking the vehicle 6 times to the service center ..i seriously repent for buying such a vehicle which has no proper service background. the person in charge of the vehicle is mr.ravi shankar, mobile no.9743249170 (service manager, frontline motors) this person has no knowledge about automobiles and is in a senior post
